The Ocean Hates You! with Forrest Shaw

Special Event Benefiting The Whale Museum and Friends of the San Juans A portion of proceeds from this performance will support The Whale Museum and Friends of the San Juans, two organizations dedicated to protecting and preserving the unique marine ecosystems of the Salish Sea. Forrest Shaw, former marine biologist turned comedian, gives a voice to the ocean—and trust me, it has some things to say. The Ocean Hates You! is a comedy show about pollution, overfishing, climate change, plastic waste, and all the many ways humans have managed to frustrate the most important ecosystem on Earth. Through stand-up comedy, science, audience participation, trivia, and a healthy dose of dark humor, Forrest explores why the ocean might not be our biggest fan—and what we can still do about it.
