Tucked beside the Orcas Island ferry, The Boardwalk Collective—the beloved vintage boutique curated by Shawna and Annie—hosts a new kind of garment: paintings. In Moss & Rouge, rural softness meets bold emotion. Laurel Holmes' paintings reflect impressionistic faces, figures, and florals—feminine, contemplative, and streaked with moss and memory. Garments hang below echoing styles, layered with the scent of perfume, the weight of story, and the hush of old fabric. Art and vintage—stitched together for the month of May.
