Join us for a fantastic 2-day pottery crash course!
Students will get a chance to try wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques to create their very own mugs, bowls, and plates. Surface decoration will include oxides, underglazes, sgraffito, and stamping. Students will have the opportunity to create a wheel-thrown/ handbuilt mug, bowl, and plate.
All student work will be fired and clear-glazed by Alchemy technicians and can be picked up or mailed 3-4 weeks after class. (Shipping charges are extra) Or for islanders, students can come and glaze during one of our open studio Wednesday evenings.
This class is open to all levels, and is perfect for beginners!
